Our Process

The First Meeting

We will meet with you online or face-to-face depending on location. We will ask you the difficult questions that help drill down to the needs and scope of the project.

Prepare to share some personal information regarding challenges, goals and budget in this step!

The Deep Dive

A few days after our initial meeting, we will schedule in a time to go through your business, industry and competitors in detail with you and your team.

After the extensive road-mapping session, you'll get a blueprint that will give you the clear path to overcoming your challenges and outline specific solutions.

Project Kickoff

Regular housekeeping is taken care of here. The usual boring but necessary paperwork is taken care of (contracts, NDAs etc..).

Clients are responsible for gathering and delivering all content (images, text, pdf's etc.) for their project during this phase.

This typically takes a week.

Once all content has been delivered, contracts signed and initial payment has been made - work on your project begins.

The Sitemap

During this phase we lay out the skeleton of the website. We will work together to determine the navigation structure and core framework of your new website.

Clients are responsible for gathering and delivering all content for their project during this phase.

The Browser Prototype

You won't get static Photoshop mockups from me. As we are building a website and not a brochure, all work is done in the web browser.

We will setup your development sandbox, where you can keep watch on your project as it morphs from concept to live site over the course of the project.

The Designed Website

This is where your website really comes to life! Based off the approved prototype from our previous phase, we will add in the graphics, colours and plugins to complete your site.

The Project Launch

Once we've done extensive testing and made sure your website looks and functions spectacularly in mobile, tablet and desktop browsers we will send it out into the world!

The most exciting phase of your project has arrived - launch!
